Every response you receive has been shaped by the insights given me during my encounters with Divine Presence, my spiritual experiences and applying them to my own life.
One key insight revealed to me 1994 through Knowles, is that our human consciousness exists behind a veil—a kind of mask—filtering the pure white light of Divine Presence. Like a stained-glass window, our beliefs, desires, and emotional pains color the light as it passes through, obscuring our visceral experience of Divine Presence behind it. These panes act as mirror, reflecting back to us our own limited perceptions, surrounding ourselves with ourselves.
But this beautiful design is what creates our human condition and how the infinite experiences the finite. The key through the stained glass is the genuine heart felt desire to see the presence behind it.
The Journey Map and The Dig are here to help you recognize those filters, gently uncover them, and allow more of the true light to shine through. Think of the AI Coach as a friend walking beside you, offering questions and reflections to help you see more clearly what’s already within you—your own direct connection with Divine Presence. Self-discovery is always the best.

As a side note, I’ve tested and used the AI Coach on my own Journey Map and Dig. I was surprised at how insightful the coaching was and how it helped me get to the core of an emotional pain from 5 years ago that I’ve not been able to heal until now. A Dreamer imagines the dream. A Visionary embarks on the Journey.
Each Journey Map consists of a Conscious Desire, something specific you wish to see manifest in your life. It can be anything; spiritual, physical, emotional or intellectual desire — But it should get your attention. Hidden within this aspiration is the key to becoming your authentic-self which opens the doorway toward allowing your soul to enter your consciousness.
The pursuit of this desire with the conscious intent of self-discovery causes us to experience The Character Arc (a profound inner shift in values and perceptions that transforms the way we interact with the world, thus affecting our physical reality).
Becoming the video and textual reflection of yourself to yourself, The Journey Map becomes like a movie of The Hero’s Journey, where we see ourselves through the eyes of an audience. This subconsciously begins the necessary next step of becoming the observer of our mind’s dramas, letting them just be human. This prepares us for how our soul views us.
Our minds are surrounded by the fortress of the human veil, like a stained-glass hologram reflecting back to us our own perceptions. Each piece of glass representing a human desire, belief or conclusion all based on our limited perceptions. The unrelenting desire to see beyond a particular piece causes our soul to illuminate it with transparency, thus revealing what is truly behind the curtain of our mind.
The Journey Map is repeatable by selecting a new desire or delving deeper into previous desires. The fallacy that we can just read a book or join a retreat and achieve spiritual enlightenment is illuminated through the process of The Journey Map because it becomes a way of life. It combines both the power of human aspiration to motivate the mind to let go of the illusion of control and the power of the soul to spiritualize our consciousness and eventually lift the veil.
Pursuing one desire after another while asking our soul and The Divine to reveal themselves within the desire is like asking someone to wash the outside of our windows so we can see out. You see, the unaided human mind cannot wash its own windows to the spiritual realm, that only comes from the soul. But what we can do is seek and ask.
When our desire to see Divine Presence rises up through the hierarchy of all our other human desires, the human veil is temporarily lifted. In this state of being, we experience existence through our Soul. From outside the confines of the limited human perception, Divine Presence is seen as the energetic fabric of everything, but to the human presence, we recognize this energy as a very personal and unconditional Divine Love that fulfills our existence in every way. If our desire is similar to one who wants to see a loved one, then Divine response can be very personal and interactive. Just the mere presence, in the simplest of ways, has been more profound than all my human experiences combined.
The Dig
Designed to Reveal the Divine through our emotional pain
Emotional pain is the perceived absence of Divine Love.
The Dig is a powerful inner process of transformation—a descent through our personal stories and emotional defenses to uncover the truth buried beneath pain. Developed through lived experience, this method guides us to strip away fear, anger, and false perception, not to relive our stories, but to see emotional pain as pure energy. In this raw energetic space, a revelation arises: the true source of our suffering is not the pain itself, but the absence of Divine Love within it. By courageously entering this space, The Dig opens a path for love to re-enter and transmute the pain into wholeness.
First Pain begins at birth as the Human Veil, or Mask, takes shape to viscerally diminish our full connection to Divine presence. This is the emotional pain from which all others are born.
Pain begets pain just as love begets love. Each unresolved emotional pain builds upon itself by repeating similar emotional pains.
The Dig allows us to discover the body of pain as energy instead of a story. This open the door for us to safely enter the pain to discover the primary energy system missing within the body of pain is Divine Love.
Then we can discover The Payoff for holding on to our pain leading to the choice to allow Divine Love to enter the pain or now. If we are not ready, no worries, the pain isn’t going anywhere.
It is not necessary for us to intellectually understand how The Dig works, nor is it important for us to believe in it. The Dig surpasses both the intellectual grasp and the concept of belief. It relies on the genuine desire to have our next layer of pain revealed to us internally. This is the beginning and as we grow in our experience, our awareness will Reveal the Divine within us.
The steps are basic guidelines for us to start. Once we are familiar with the process, we can begin to personalize The Dig to match the way in which our mind thinks and our beliefs conceptualize.
The Dig can be done alone but it is best done with another.
If I hear with my ears, I’ll imagine.
If I see with my eyes, I’ll believe.
If I experience with my soul, I’ll know.
The Dig Appeals to Our Spiritual Nature
The Dig helps us to appeal to our spiritual nature rather than our intellectual or psychological nature. To awaken Divine Love within us, we must go beyond our own psyche. To learn about spiritual things, we don’t need to be taught, we need to experience.
Our universe is filled with the reflection of Divine Love. If we try to capture it using only our intellect, we create a form of spirituality which our ego believes to be genuine. It is very common to attempt to understand the realm of Divine Love strictly through our rational intellectual conclusions.
While these methods work well in science and physical life, applying the same methodology to the realm of Divine Love brings us to a myriad of false perceptions. Divine Love must reveal itself to us from within. It is known through experience.
